Uriel's Anvil is a breathless, vitruosic showpiece for saxophone and piano, written for Julia Nolan and Sandra Joy of the Erato Ensemble.

It starts off with a melody, builds it relentlessly over the course of it's eventful three and a half minutes, and ends with a crash.

But writing Uriel's melody wasn't the easiest thing I ever did. Quite the opposite, actually...
